This study utilized a descriptive survey and correlated the employability, competencies, and personality attributes of BS Psychology Graduates from the School Year 2003 to 2011. Results of the study showed that graduates were very highly employable having been employed within a period of fewer than 3 months after graduation and currently on the full-time permanent status and a greater number have concentrated in the industrial/organizational field. The extent to which the university has equipped them with employability competencies was rated Above Average. Respondents highly perceived their personality attributes.  There was a significant relationship between personality attributes and employability, and between employability competencies and personality attributes. Results of this study implied that graduates who are highly equipped with employability competencies develop high personality attributes resulting in high employability.
